World heritage: Gusuku Sites and Related Properties of the Kingdom of Ryukyu Tourist spots. Travel. Japan.
/Shurei-mon gate
Shurijo Castle and its circumference are one of the representation of "Gusuku Sites and Related Properties of the Kingdom of Ryukyu" which were registered into world heritage. Although Shuri Castle has been burned in the WW2, it restores a castle and has become a national park now.
Shurijo Castle Park is a view spot which is located in heights and can command a whole view of Naha. Since inside a garden has many the up-and-down slopes and stone steps of a stone pavement, I recommend you the walk of the shoes which it is easy to walk.
It is Naha and access is good world heritage.
